Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern your use of Queath (the “Service”), operated at queath.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

What Queath is, and is not

Queath is an organizing and continuity platform. It provides general information, tracking, storage, reminders, summaries, AI/OCR-generated suggestions, and collaboration tools. Queath is not a law firm, financial advisor, tax preparer, medical provider, or fiduciary, and does not provide legal, tax, fiduciary, financial, medical, or estate advice. Emergency access features coordinate information access and are separate from legal authority such as a power of attorney, healthcare directive, trusteeship, executorship, or court authority.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the content you store and for having the right to store it.
  • You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or attempt to access others' data.

Your content

You retain all rights to content you add. You grant Queath a limited license to store, process, and display it solely to operate the Service, including features you invoke such as report generation and AI/OCR processing.

Plans and billing

Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew until canceled; AI/OCR credit packs are one-time purchases. Plan limits may evolve; material changes to paid plans are notified in advance.

AI/OCR outputs

AI/OCR outputs are informational suggestions that may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or confirming them.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, your content is removed per the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queath disclaims implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Intellectual property

The Queath name, design, software, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 Queath. All rights reserved.
